Who we are
Samwise Solutions (“Samwise”, “we”) builds and runs websites and related tools for small businesses. This notice covers samwiseslx.com and the “Tell us about your business” form. The client portal has its own terms.
What we collect when you send a request
Only what you type into the form:
- Your name and, if you give it, your business name
- An email address or phone number to reach you
- Your answers about your business: offering interest, business type, what your site needs to do, content readiness, how often details change, and timeline
- A one-way, keyed hash of your network address, used only to limit repeated submissions for one hour. We do not store the address itself.
How we use it
To read your request, reply to you, recommend an offering, and prepare a proposal if you want one. We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list.
Site analytics
If analytics are turned on, we count page views and completed requests with our own first-party, cookieless tool. It records only the event name, the page path, and (for a completed request) the offering chosen. It sets no cookies, uses no local storage, and records no IP address, device fingerprint or identifier. We use no third-party advertising or tracking scripts.
Who can see it
The Samwise operator. Our service providers store and process it for us under their own security terms: our hosting provider (Vercel), our database provider (Supabase), and our email provider (Resend) when we notify ourselves of a new request or reply to you.
How long we keep it

Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information you sent us. Contact support@samwiseslx.com. We will reply within 30 days.
Please do not send
Passwords, payment card details, account secrets, or your customers’ personal information. The form is not meant for them.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
